Service Description
I support you in preparing for birth in a way that feels clear, grounded, and never overwhelming. From the moment we begin working together, you'll have continuous support throughout your pregnancy. Whether you have questions, need reassurance, or simply want someone to talk things through with, I'm available by phone, text, and email between our sessions—so you never have to navigate the journey alone. Together, we'll explore your options, prepare for the birth you hope for, and create a plan not only for labour but also for the early postpartum weeks. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you transition into motherhood. When labour begins, I'll be by your side—providing continuous physical, emotional, and practical support while also guiding your partner, so you both feel supported, informed, and connected throughout the experience. After your baby is born, I'll remain with you during those precious first hours, helping you settle into early parenthood with reassurance, guidance, and calm support. Your support includes : - Two personalised prenatal sessions (2.5 hours each) covering birth preparation, birth preferences, partner preparation, and planning for a supported early postpartum. - Ongoing support throughout pregnancy via phone, text, and email. - Support to explore your birth preferences and create a birth plan (if desired). - Evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions with confidence. - Continuous physical, emotional, and practical support throughout labour and birth. - Guidance and reassurance for your birth partner. - Immediate postpartum support for up to two hours after birth, including support with your first feed if desired. A final note : My role isn't to replace your care team—it's to walk alongside you, helping you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. My hope is that you finish your birth feeling heard, respected, supported, and proud of your experience—whatever path your birth takes.
