About Me

Hi, I'm Bianca.

Mother of two, Women's Health Pilates Specialist, Birth Doula, and founder of The Collective W.

I believe women deserve to feel informed, supported, and deeply connected to their bodies through every stage of life.

Whether that's through movement, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, or simply learning to trust your body again, my goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.

My story

Like many women, my own journey into motherhood changed me.

It gave me a deeper appreciation for the incredible capacity of the female body—and how important it is to feel supported through every stage of that journey.

My experiences through pregnancy, birth and postpartum inspired me to create The Collective W: a space where women can reconnect with their bodies through movement, education, and compassionate support.

Today, that vision extends far beyond Pilates.

It's about creating a community where women feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout every season of life.

My approach

Movement has always been at the heart of my work.

But I don't believe movement is simply about exercise.

It's about understanding your body.

Building confidence.

Creating strength that supports everyday life.

And learning when to both engage and release.

Whether we're working together in a Mat Pilates class, a private session, or preparing for birth, my approach is always thoughtful, individualised, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Experience & Qualifications

Over the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of teaching Pilates across a wide range of settings—from large group classes and boutique studios to women's health physiotherapy clinics, private sessions, and specialised prenatal and postnatal programs.

These experiences have shaped the way I teach today.

My qualifications include:

  • STOTT Pilates (Mat, Reformer & Studio equipment)

  • Pre & Postnatal Pilates Specialist

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Injury & Special Populations training

  • 200 hrs Yoga & pregnancy yoga teacher training

Alongside my Pilates qualifications, I have trained as a Birth Doula, allowing me to support women physically, emotionally, and informationally throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and the early postpartum period.

How I work

Every woman who walks through my door brings a different story.

That's why every session is tailored not only to your body, but to how you're feeling on the day.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply wanting to move and feel better, my role is to meet you where you are.

You can expect:

✓ Thoughtful, personalised guidance

✓ Breath-led movement

✓ Core and pelvic floor awareness

✓ Hands-on support and precise cueing

✓ Evidence-informed practice

✓ A calm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, supported, and encouraged

The Collective W

The Collective W was created from a simple belief:

Women thrive when they're supported by knowledge, movement, and community.

It's more than a Pilates studio.

It's a place where women can reconnect with themselves, prepare for birth, recover with confidence, continue moving through every stage of life, and feel genuinely supported along the way.

I'd love to welcome you.

Whether you're looking for thoughtful Pilates, birth support, or simply a place where you feel understood, I'd love to walk alongside you.
